That hotel was in a good location, handy to super market across the great base for Fife area. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a lounge and an iron. The food was well priced and reasonably priced.

Everything was very good, had a lovely stay for usually a long weekend. The bed was comfy, I enjoyed it. The location was peaceful, to the restaurants in the near by leisure park, with a nice view. Had warm drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.

Booked wheelchair accessible room with good shower and sofa, which I really appreciated.

the room was neat & new-fashioned with full breakfast and a double bed, as example. the breakfast with bread rolls. the staff were welcoming and fast too.

Cleanliness and comfort of rooms, freindly staff who could not do enough for you.

Breakfast a bit basic but ok

A proper hotel, in a commercial area near the road, suitable for one night. The room exactly as shown in the picture (not always the case) and in general very acceptable. The right breakfast, but fair enough.

The treatment was very cold, even a little unpleasant, with some signs announcing that the restaurant closed at a quarter to ten, it was not yet half past nine and we were no longer served, even though we expressed our willingness to settle for whatever there was, a sandwich or anything else. Nothing to do. In a hotel of that type, which is as if in passing, several miles from the city and about twenty-five miles from Edinburgh airport, they would have to be a little more flexible or at least a little more friendly. I think they were inconsiderate. Many times the time of arrival depends on the plane and a little understanding would help. I would not think of going back.

friendly staff, nice breakfast, large room, a little noisy from children in corridor.

We were given a twin room rather than a double room. but other than that it was a nice hotel.

I used the htel as a base to stay while visiting relatives.The staff were friendly and helpfull.

The hotel and room we stayed in were very clean and tidy.This is a modern hotel and I managed to have an early breakfast on the first morning at 05.30.The bathroom was spotless.

I will not be staying in this Hotel ever as our holiday was ruined and both us were unhappy and did not enjoy our stay. Hotel had a really good feel about ot. Room was lovely, clean, bright and welcoming. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast was really good and plenty of choices

When we checked in the receptionist ignored us and when she did eventually book us in she was really miserable and didn't make us feel welcome at all. I walked past reception the next day and a different member of staff was on and checking in someone else and they sounded lovely and very friendly....so must have just been our bad luck!Our room was ok....bathroom was clean but bedroom carpet had stains....the sofabed was damp and bedding stored on floor under the sofabed was really smelly....so we didn't use! Had a dressing table with plug socket for hair straightners but no mirror.....only mirror was at other side of room behind the door! Said had sky channels on room tv....it didn't had a few freeview ones but none were working for children at time of our stay.

Nice hotel with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely bar area. On my first stay, the staff kindly returned my forgotten earphones, and their friendliness is always appreciated. I'm coming back for a holiday!
